Can you really haul my junk the same day?
Usually, yes. If you book with us before early afternoon, we can most often clear your junk in Austin or the nearby suburbs that same day. During busy moving weekends slots fill faster, so call early to lock in a time.
How does your flat pricing work?
We quote based on how much space your items take up in the truck, and we give you that flat total before we load anything. It includes labor, hauling, and disposal. No fuel charges, stair fees, or surprise add-ons at the end.
What items can't you take?
We handle most household and office junk, furniture, and appliances. We can't take hazardous materials like wet paint, chemicals, or asbestos due to Texas disposal rules. If you're unsure about an item, just ask when you call and we'll point you the right way.
Do you donate or recycle anything?
Whenever we can. Usable furniture and household goods go to local Austin-area donation centers, and metals and appliances are routed to recyclers. Diverting items from the landfill is part of how we operate.
Which areas do you serve?
We cover all of Austin plus Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Pflugerville. There's no extra mileage fee for the suburbs, your flat quote is the same honest price wherever you are in our service area.
